Banana-Nectarine-Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 one young Thai coconut
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 nectarine, skin on, cut out the pit
  • honey, to taste (I'd say a few tablespoons at most)
  • ice to reach 6 cup mark on blender (NOT 6 cups of water!)

Instructions

  • Use the ingredients in this order:
  • coconut, banana, nectarine, honey, ice
  • Blend to smooth. You can add water if it's too thick, but I found it was just the right consistency.
