Banana-Nectarine-Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

one young Thai coconut

banana

nectarine, skin on, cut out the pit
honey, to taste (I'd say a few tablespoons at most)
ice to reach 6 cup mark on blender (NOT 6 cups of water!)
Instructions
Use the ingredients in this order:
coconut, banana, nectarine, honey, ice
Blend to smooth. You can add water if it's too thick, but I found it was just the right consistency.
