I have no idea what I am really planning on doing there. I just knew it was time to move away from this [Modified Motherhood] and start a new book. A sequel, if you will. So, MS (Ms. - get it?) Modified was born.


Things I plan hope to cover....
• Multiple Sclerosis (kind of a given...)
• No, that's as far as I got. I am a huge proponent of "this doesn't define me" but as the years go by, I realize that MS touches/will touch everything. The same was my EDS touches everything, but I've got a lifetime of coping with that. MS is new. So join me, let's learn together.

Yep. I’ve been thinking about this all day.
My 19 y/o asked me a hard question this morning in response to some trash someone was talking in a multi-religion group chat this morning.
I did not have an answer; Good, bad, or indifferent.
You don’t have to like everyone, you just have to respect their right to exist & thrive alongside your right to exist & thrive.
You also don’t have to share every bigoted thought that runs through your mind. I understand neither of those things are universal truths. Maybe we should all work on that.
It’s a shame the people who think that they have human rights while others don’t seem to be in the vocal & violent majority.
Every freedom fighter is someone elses terrorist, and that awful statement works in both directions.
So in the meantime, mama has no answers, no comforting lies, just bare, ugly, awful truth.
